STANDARD CLEANING SERVICES:
- Provide regular cleanings between guest stays including washing/drying sheets and towels.
- Restock consumable supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc., including routine maintenance (light bulbs, batteries, etc) (All consumables provided by you and tracked by me).
- Report any damage or maintenance issue within 24 hours of the guest’s departure.
DEEP CLEANING SERVICES:
- Upon request, we will do deep cleaning to make sure that the property is ready for the first guest.
